In-Store Pickup and Display Policy

In-Store Pickup & Display Policy (Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store - BOPIS)

This policy governs the process for all items purchased online and selected for in-store pickup at a durReey.com physical location, as well as items viewed in-store and ordered for delivery.

1. On Display In-Store Availability.

We offer the convenience of viewing many items "on display" in our physical store locations.

Availability Status (Online) Meaning in Store
On display in store The specific item (product and variant) is physically available to be viewed and inspected at this store location.
Variant on display in store A similar model or variant (e.g., a different colour, size, or specification) of the item is available for viewing. The exact item will be shipped upon order.

2. In-Store Pickup Process (BOPIS Orders)

The following steps and requirements are mandatory for a smooth and secure pickup of your online order:

A. Order Fulfillment Time.

  • Approximate Pickup Time: Orders for items available at the selected location are typically ready for pickup within 2 to 4 business hours after the order is confirmed.
  • Ready for Pickup Notification: You will receive a "Ready for Pickup" confirmation email once your order has been fully processed and secured by our staff. Please do not come to the store until you receive this email.

B. Mandatory Verification for Pickup.

To protect your purchase and prevent fraud, the customer must present the following documentation at the designated pickup counter:

  1. Order Confirmation: The original "Ready for Pickup" email (printed or clearly visible on your mobile device).
  2. Photo ID: A valid, government-issued photo ID (e.g., Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Passport) matching the name on the order.
  3. Proof of Payment (Mandatory):

For Credit/Debit Card Orders: The physical card used for the purchase. (Note: We only require the last 4 digits to verify the transaction; you may block the remaining numbers.)

For UPI/Net Banking Orders: A clear screenshot or digital receipt of the successful transaction showing the payment reference ID.

C. Third-Party Pickup.

If someone other than the person who placed the order is picking up the items, they must bring:

  1. The "Ready for Pickup" email.
  2. Their own valid Photo ID.
  3. A signed authorisation letter from the original customer (the buyer), clearly stating the third-party's name and authorizing them to collect the order.
  4. The original customer’s proof of payment as per Section B, item 3.

3. Shipping Cost & Policy for In-Store Orders.

Items viewed or ordered in-store are subject to our standard delivery procedures:

Policy Aspect Details
Shipping Cost Shipping costs for delivery are calculated dynamically based on the final delivery address provided at checkout. These costs will be clearly displayed before final payment.
Shipping Policy Our standard durReey.com Shipping Policy applies to all items ordered online for delivery (including items viewed in-store). This includes delivery lead times, carrier information, and handling procedures.
Approximate Delivery Time The expected delivery timeline for shipping (non-pickup) orders will be provided on the product page and confirmed in your Order Confirmation email after the order is placed.

4. Pickup Time Limits.

  • Orders must be picked up within 7 business days of receiving the "Ready for Pickup" email.
  • If the order is not collected within this period, it will be considered an abandoned order, and we reserve the right to cancel the order and process a refund (minus a restocking fee of [e.g., ₹200] to cover administrative costs).
